Do you offer custom packages?
Yes! We love designing custom looks. Whether it’s a unique home, corporate space, or an Insta-worthy event display we’ll create a package just for you.
Do I need to pay when I order?
You will be required to enter a credit card to secure your purchase. We do accept Venmo and PayPal.

Do you only offer pumpkins?
We offer beautiful add-ons like mums, and hay bales, to complete your fall look.

What can I expect with my delivery?
Pumpkins will be delivered from September 10th through October 20th. (Monday-Sunday)

You do not need to be home.

All décor will be set up on your porch unless otherwise noted.

At checkout, you’ll select your preferred delivery date and time. After purchase, you’ll receive an email to confirm your scheduled delivery and setup.
What can I do to care for my pumpkins?
Our pumpkins come fresh from the patch, which means natural variations in size, shape, and color. While we always choose the best, we can’t guarantee longevity or replace pumpkins once delivered.
Tips for a longer-lasting display:

Remove any rotting pumpkins quickly—one bad pumpkin can affect the rest.

Treat pumpkins with a light bleach bath or sealant.

Avoid standing water; place burlap underneath to wick away moisture.
What to expect for End of Season Pick-Up?

Pick-ups occur the week of Nov 1 or Nov 24 (select your preference at checkout).

We’ll remove uncarved pumpkins and hay.

Please dispose of any carved pumpkins yourself.
What is your Refund Policy?
All sales are final. If needed, you may transfer your package to another person or address by emailing porchandcorichmond@gmail.com
